Cameron McLellan is a Toronto-based producer and audio engineer whose burgeoning career is based on a solid trifecta of training, experience, and natural know-how. Educated at the Audio Recording Academy of Toronto, he has lent his sharp ear to an impressive array of projects while amassing a long list of satisfied clients.
His talent for FOH audio engineering has put him behind the soundboard in everything from clubs, to arenas around the World for a number of musical acts, including Down With Webster, Young Empires, and Stereos. He has also acted as a monitor engineer for groups like Big Wreck and All Time Low.
When he’s not carving out an articulate and punchy mix at FOH, Cam lends his meticulous ear and unique brand of polish as a producer on an ever-growing number of records. Recently, he acted as a producer/engineer/writer/ mixer/performer on Protest the Hero’s Volition. He helped aurally shape the band’s highest charting record to date, which debuted at #20 on the U.S. Billboard Charts, and #7 in Canada. To top it all off, Cam is an accomplished touring and studio musician, proving his unique ability to understand sound from both an engineer’s and a musician’s perspective.
